I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Ambrosia Enterprise. After placing an order and receiving no communication, no product, and no tracking information, I reached out multiple times with no response. Weeks went by, and I still hadn’t received my order or any update. I was left with no choice but to contact American Express to get my money back.

The complete lack of customer service and communication is unacceptable. If a company cannot fulfill its orders, they should at least have the decency to keep their customers informed. Instead, I was left in the dark, chasing down my own purchase.

Ambrosia Enterprise has shown zero regard for its customers, and this experience has been nothing short of disappointing. I absolutely cannot recommend this company to anyone who values their time or money. It’s one thing to experience delays, but it’s another to ignore your customers completely. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
