Refunds

ONCE SHIPPED, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Because of the intimate nature of hair extensions, we cannot allow returns. A return will only be allowed if there has been a mistake on the sellers behalf, and in that event the seller will replace or fix the item to ensure the customer receives their item in good condition. 

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchasing. After that window is closed, customers cannot cancel orders. Please contact by email support@kwashieambrosia.com for help if your order is within the cancellation window.
  • Because of the intimate nature of our hair extensions, and because all orders are custom, orders cannot be refunded. 
  • If these is any fault of mistake made by Ambrosia Extensions, we will be more than willing to fix it for the customer.
    • Please email support@kwashieambrosia.com for help with a damaged order and include your order number, and any relevant information including photos about the damages of your unit. 

Customer agrees to not report any false claims, or apply for Chargeback opportunities with their financial institution once they check the "I agree with all the terms and conditions, and including but not limited to to processing times, shipping times, and refunds." box during checkout. Customer understand that once they check this box they cannot be offered a refund for their hair extensions.
