Shipping policy

ID Check: Before your order is complete, an ID check is required to complete your purchase. This ID check prevents fraudulent purchases and allows your purchase to be all the more secure. Your information is secure, and your ID photo is not even available to our business for review, it is processed under a secure server for your protection. 

  • The name in the billing address section MUST MATCH the name on the ID
  • You should be prompted after your purchase on the checkout page, via email, and via text message to confirm your ID 
  • If there are any issues with the verification process please email us here so we can help you ASAP. 
  • Your order IS NOT COMPLETE until you verify your ID.

Processing: 

  • Processing days are weekdays, Monday through Friday. Processing time excludes weekends, and holidays. 
  • Please allow 7-21 days for your wig order to be processed as they are all custom made. These are normal processing times with the exclusion of big sales and holidays. 
  • If there will be any delay present in your processing time, you will be notified. 
Shipping:
  • After processing, your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Shipping which arrives in 2-4 business days under normal circumstances
  • We are not responsible for your wig once it is in the custody of the shipping courier. All wigs are insured with basic $100 coverage, but you can add additional insurance at checkout. If you choose not to add additional insurance, you will be responsible for ensuring that USPS refunds you if your order is lost at their fault. If you add insurance to your order and it is lost, please contact us by email
  • The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.
  • Ambrosia Extensions is not responsible for lost, damaged, opened, or delayed packages at the couriers fault, but in the event of this occurring we will try our best to assist you in your needs.
    • The customer agrees they will file a claim directly with the shipping carrier in order to be refunded for courier related issues. Ambrosia Extensions will not be held responsible, and customer agrees that a chargeback against Ambrosia Extensions will not be filed in cases where packages are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.

ONCE SHIPPED, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Because of the intimate nature of hair extensions, we cannot allow returns.

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchasing. After that window is closed, customers cannot cancel orders. Please contact by email support@kwashieambrosia.com for help if your order is within the cancellation window.
